Visa Waiver Scheme

Many people do not realise that travelling to the States does not require a visa; it is operated by what is known as the Visa Waiver Scheme. As long as you have a new and machine readable passport you will be fine.
However, if you have been arrested for any crime, even if you where not found guilty, it could effect your chances of getting onto the US.
